Before founding Tandem Homes, Christin served as Division President for Pulte Home Corporation and Beazer Homes USA, and as Vice President of Operations

Christin is a powerhouse in the Florida construction industry with over 40 years of experience and a resume that spans the highest levels of residential development. Before founding Tandem Homes, Christin served as Division President for Pulte Home Corporation and Beazer Homes USA, and as Vice President of Operations for Holiday Builders. Having been responsible for the construction of over 8,000 homes throughout her career, Christin understands the complexities of building at every scale.
Christin holds the highest contractor designation in the state as a Florida State Certified General Contractor (CGC1537429) and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Her technical expertise is backed by a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. Above all her professional achievements, Christin is most proud of her family, including her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Before moving to Sarasota over a decade ago, Darko spent his career in Europe building, remodeling, and restoring architectural treasures. He takes his greatest professional pride in his work restoring historically significant European buildings—projects that required a master's touch and an uncompromising eye for detail.
As a leader and teacher, Darko is hands-on with his construction crew, mentoring them to ensure every joint, finish, and structural element meets his rigorous standards. When he isn't on a job site, Darko is a dedicated family man, enjoying life in Sarasota with his wife and two young-adult children.
